The Shoalhaven Astronomers is the astronomy club of the South Coast of NSW Australia. The club, which was founded by David Hawksworth, Frank Gross and Kruno Ratkovic, had its first meeting in 1991. Members meet at the Falls Creek Public School on every 3rd Friday of the month at 7:30 PM. The meetings are often followed by viewing, when weather permits. Visitors are welcome. The club contains members with very diverse interests and talents, thus offering a broad range of interaction and assistance. Apart from the telescopes that are owned by the members, the club possesses its own 12 inch newtonian reflector.
