Meander through the countryside visiting producers of wine, truffles, cheese, hazelnuts, attending markets, private garden visits, cooking demonstrations, hiking and more. Meet many of the locals on your travels.
Accommodation is in intimate and professionally run B & B’s and small family  hotels.
Dine at specially selected  French bistrots and authentic Italian “osterie” to taste the true flavours of the regions.
With a small group of 8, a leisurely and informative tour is ensured.
The tours have been operating since 1998 lead by Rosie Cupitt, a horticulturist and vigneron based on the South Coast of NSW, Australia, and passionate about the food and wines from these areas.
