To all men of good will,

It is now twenty years since the Blessed Virgin Mary first came to me to deliver Her Words of Love and need for the world – and, more so, Holy Mother Church. Over those years I have received many Messages from Heaven in which – among other things – I was asked to initiate certain actions that have wide ramifications for everyone on Earth.

Since 1984–1985, I have requested the Church, on several occasions, to open an Ecclesiastical Investigation. However, it was fifteen years down the track, after proceeding towards litigation through the legal system of the Civil Court, before the Church finally decided to agree to my request.

In September, 1998, there began an initial official inquiry with a panel of lay people and two Priests – one being my Advocate – which was closed one year later. A Bishop issued – contrary to Canon Law - a Decree against us even before a full Ecclesiastical Investigation had evolved, in which he asked me to close my Mission – which still to this day has had no official Investigation, as required by Canon Law.

I then made an appeal to Rome, which was my right as a Catholic under Canon Law, which the local Church Body is required to forward to Rome. This has brought no reaction from the Church.

After two more years, no advice had been received by me. My Appeal which, according to Canon Law, should bring action from the Church within fourteen days, had produced nothing. I again appealed to the new Bishop – three times in all – to proceed, but he responded only recently, by simply thanking me for my letter. There it stands in limbo.

I have now come to the decision to protect the dignity of Jesus and Mary and the Church, and the right of my name. I wish to proceed in litigation against the Church Authorities who have made a sham of all that is held worthy and holy.

I am forced, however, to make a "World Appeal" in order to find a Lawyer and Barrister who would be willing to take-up my case for the sake of justice and truth and be prepared to work under a win-case-payment agreement, as I am not financially viable to take on such a large case. It will be one of defamation, discrimination, calumny and deception.

I wish to sue the Holy See for $800,000,0000; the Sydney Archdiocese for $250,000,000; the Wollongong Diocese for $300,000,000; and the Melbourne Archdiocese for $250,000,000. Once this has been achieved I will proceed to take several of the Media outlets to court.

The Barrister and/or Lawyer needs to be a Catholic, primarily because of the Catholic issues at stake.
