The purpose of this Page is to answer two questions:
On May 28, 2001 the following email from Fr. Malcolm Broussard was sent to the Moderator of the YOWUSA.COM SIG Mail List -- in response to a request for the latest news about the Little Pebble, the Order of Saint Charbel, and Messages related to the Comet 76P.

Greetings again
from Australia. Thank you for your email and your expressions of respect and
charity towards Mr. Kamm (the Little Pebble) in view of recent threads on the
YOWUSA Groups. We appreciate your concerns as Moderator for the Groups.
You have asked me to answer a few questions in order for you to provide an
exhaustive update on 76P for the near future. Specifically you asked:
The
Answer to your first question:
As you are aware from our Website and
my previous emails to you last year, Mr. Kamm has continually sought confirmation from
the observations and true science of the experts in the field --
regarding Mars/Phobos and Comet 76P. This is because it is not sufficient
that the visions and Messages have no causal relationship to reality. What
would be the purpose of a purely intellectual understanding of an impact
scenario if it were only in the mind? I think all are in agreement here. Mr.
Kamm has always maintained this point of view. Thus, when we discovered the
Millennium Group Website a few years ago -- you can imagine how excited we
were to see the pursuit of truth from persons of credibility regarding our
Solar System, Comets, Asteroids, and the influence upon the Earth. Mr.
Kamm began a series of email dialogues with various persons we encountered --
seeking answers from the experts in this science of astronomy. Notably,
Mr. Gary Goodwin, Mr. Marshall Masters, Mr. Glen Deen, Mr. Glenn Talaue, and
others began to correspond with Mr. Kamm on this account. Mr. Kamm was
very gratified that there seemed to be a link or thread of truth in physical
reality -- eg. world events, celestial bodies and the corresponding
Messages with their prophetic content. To answer the many questions put
to Mr. Kamm during these many months -- he has always said -- "we
must wait and see ...".
From the
theological point of reference: through apparitions of the Mother of God, Mr.
Kamm has been shown visions of our Solar System and specific
Planets, Comets, and celestial objects. The Messages associated with
these visions often underscore a causal relationship with God's
Divine Providence which governs all creation. In some Messages, there is a
direct reference to chastisements and punishments upon Earth through the
instrumentality of celestial events. Thus the collection of relevant
Messages (on our Website) attempt to show this Heavenly thread with a certain
consistency since the early 1980's.
The specific
Messages dealing with Comet 76P are Messages 599 and 601.
In Message 599 (June 11, 2000), another Seer known as "Little Red
Robin" who was present during the same Apparition received a
Message about 76P. In Message 601 (July 16, 2000) the Little Pebble received a
vision about an impact. He asked me to attempt to draw what he sketched out on
ordinary paper. I drafted the jpg drawing depicting the scene in the vision --
obviously not to scale and only two dimensional. This was the best we could do
in trying to put a vision on the Website. The content of the Message explains
the vision. We posted the Message 601 and the graphic on our Website.
Over the many
months since June 2000 we have periodically emailed Gary Goodwin, Marshall
Masters and Glen Deen for any further developments. Like everybody else we
found it rather amazing that no imagery of Mars and its Moon Phobos -- nor
Comet 76P were provided by NASA and its agencies nor any other Astronomers. We
continued to follow the threads of articles on TMG and YOWUSA. Mr. Kamm has
always maintained a wait and see attitude -- knowing that the science and
observations in our Solar System must come to light eventually. This
is where we are today. We must wait for those experts in this science to
provide the real data concerning Mars/Phobos/76P. In the meantime, other Seers
around the world, more and more, are receiving Messages about our Solar System
in relation to Chastisements from God because of so much sin in our world.
In conclusion to
this question, Janice -- Mr. Kamm is still waiting and praying -- what else
can we do? These events prophesied have far reaching consequences well beyond
us! If they prove untrue -- thanks be to God!! If they are mitigated or
modified because of God's Mercy and the prayers of His children -- thanks be
to God!! If not, then many people need to ask themselves a very fundamental
question -- "What is God trying to tell us?" The Judeo-Christian
Tradition tells us that these kind of events are not merely the product of
chance -- or from purely natural causes set in motion accidentally. The whole
patrimony of Divine Revelation as well as certain Private Revelations
underscore the truth of God's Divine Providence. Mr. Kamm and all those who
believe in the Messages of the Mother of God can make a difference -- thus,
more and more Seers will be given Messages on these subjects until mankind
finally awakens to the bigger picture. These are serious times.
The
Answer to your second question:
There has never been a "gag
order" on Mr. Kamm in the sense of freedom of speech. As you know,
freedom of speech is a natural right of every person. The Catholic Church
upholds every person's right and freedom to speak out in defence of one's
natural right to justice. The only meaning you might put to your use of this
terminology is that the Decree of Bishop Wilson (Wollongong Diocese) requested
the closure of the Order of Saint Charbel. However, this is a Canonical matter
which is nuanced and concerns every Catholic's right to fairness and
justice in a contentious trial of the issue. There is the right to
protection of the Law which guarantees a Canonical Appeal which
suspends the execution of the Decree to allow further disclosure and
representation according to the requirements of Law. The reason for our
disclosure of the many letters from the Commission and the correspondence with
the Bishop of Wollongong is to clearly document for public view -- the issue
of Natural Justice (eg. a lack of procedural fairness). There are many letters
of defence of Mr. Kamm on our Website which explain the issues and context of
this accountability on both sides of the questions. Even in Civil Law and
jurisprudence there is the matter of principle: "The Truth, the
Whole Truth and Nothing But the Truth, so help me God." Mr. Kamm
considers his right of Appeal worth fighting for because it is a matter of
Justice with far reaching consequences for both sides of this issue.
To answer
your question specifically: the current status of Mr. Kamm in relation to the
Catholic Church -- the investigation is in limbo since January 2001 because
the Bishop of Wollongong was appointed as the new Archbishop of Adelaide
Archdiocese. Normally, the new Bishop of Wollongong would have already been
appointed -- but to this date -- the Diocese of Wollongong has no Bishop. The
Pope appoints all Bishops through his Curia and the local Hierarchy of the
Country and Archdiocese. This is remarkable in itself as it is almost 6
months elapsed! The investigation cannot proceed until the new Bishop takes
over. He is the only one in Law who has the authority and accountability to
judge the Commission's findings and to issue another Decree based upon the his
final verdict. Again, at this time there has been no continuation of the
Commission's initial investigation begun October 2000. Secondly, the
Commission directed Mr. Kamm to try again through a different channel -- to
formalise his previous Appeal in writing by sending it to the
Apostolic Pro-Nuncio for Australia who would then pass on the Appeal to the
Pope. Mr. Kamm has done this. We continue to wait for further direction on how
to proceed. We are within the process and fully cooperating with the
authorities concerned. That does not mean that we have no rights or freedoms
to continue to grow and develop. We have every right to present our best
possible case before the Tribunal. We have every right to solicit the help of
those members of the Hierarchy who are sympathetic to our cause.
In recent days,
this month, Mr. Glenn Talaue (Moderator of Alliance of Truth
eGroup) from our Community in Victoria, has returned from a visit to our
Community in the Philippines. On this occasion, he along with his
companion from our Community were able to meet with several Bishops of
the Catholic Church in this country. The Order of Saint Charbel was
proposed to various Dioceses of the Country. This Bishops were very
impressed with the charism of the Order and one of them has formally written a
personal letter to Mr. Kamm inviting the Order to establish itself in his
Diocese. We received this letter and were very encouraged by this support to
say the least. Now we pray and hope for a good development in this direction
as it is a further sign of God's action that members of the Hierarchy believe
in the Order and Founder. This letter is also on our Website, so people can
see recent developments and what transpires in the coming months.
Mr. Kamm has
always welcomed any Governmental Agency of Australia to investigate us. At
this moment we are not aware of any Agency investigating us. Mr. Kamm is
well known in this region. All of our Accounting and Business practices; all
of our By-Laws and Rule & Constitutions are all public documents; Our
Primary School is highly accredited by the State of New South Wales; We are
well known in the Shoalhaven region of the south coast; we work well with the
local Police authorities; we have many Tradesman and Contractors from the
local work force to help us develop our property; We run and
maintain two Grocery Stores (including two Post Offices) in our region
and one in Queensland. We are well respected by the general public who do
business in our stores; our teenagers attend the public school system. The
list goes on. The Apparition site has been a public place of prayer since 1983
and the Community property has been viable since 1988. We are well known and
respected in the local community.
If you are
able to disclose your source and content of information regarding
Governmental investigations, we would be happy to clarify your information as
best we can. As far as the Church "charges" brought against Mr. Kamm
-- I have already placed an abundant amount of documentation on our Website.
In this effort I have tried to explain the accountability required for so
called "charges" to be licit as well as Mr. Kamm's right to the
protection of Law or "Due Process" (eg. Natural Justice).
In conclusion, I
would like to say that many people continue to rashly judge Mr. Kamm based
upon their suspicions. There are plenty of lessons in history concerning
how good persons were persecuted and condemned by those who could never have
qualified to be their judges (eg. Saint Joan of Arc). Sadly, history also
shows that many of these persecutors were religious minded people --
but not only limited to this group -- also many intellectuals contributed to
the mockery of Justice. Mr. Kamm and all of us profess again and again our
Catholic identity and loyalty to Her Teaching and Magisterium -- particularly
vested in Pope John Paul II. We realise that this is an enigma for many who
are "scandalised" by the Messages of the Mother of God. However,
many were scandalised by Our Lord's Gospel. In the history of the Church,
many were scandalised by the heroic virtues of the Martyrs. This thread
of history is too long to enumerate. We are consoled, because Our Divine
Lord Jesus Christ was treated in the same way. Mr. Kamm believes in the
Promises of God regardless of what happens -- even when all seems lost -- he
knows very well that God remains God all the same and His Divine
Attributes -- Perfect Goodness, Perfect Truth and Perfect Wisdom --
are guiding and directing His children to their ultimate happiness of Heaven.
Thus it is not possible for God to deceive His creature, because God does not
make mistakes ... what is needed is faith, hope and charity. With time all
will be seen for what it is as the trees always bear their fruit. That is why
Mr. Kamm always tells people: "wait and see, time will tell ..."
