Most Honourable John Howard Dear Mr. Howard, I greet you in the Name of Jesus Our Loving Lord! In the past four years I have written to you about many issues, and you have been kind enough to write back to me, personally, of which I thank you very much. The matter I write to you about is a matter that rings clear in the hearts of all your fellow Australians -- namely the Schapelle Corby Case. You and I are Christians and profess a common truth and justice for all. Yet the matter of Corby is an atrocity and travesty of justice. I well appreciate your political and diplomatic situation in this affair. However, where is the human application of justice? Deep down, Your Honour, you know Corby has been wrongly judged and you can be certain this judgement is prejudiced towards the Australian people, and our Christian heritage. Corby's Case is only the tip of the iceberg. She is innocent -- you know this! Yes, you mentioned how sad you were of the Judges' decision, but claimed we were to wait for the Appeal Process to take effect. I ask you, Mr. Howard: would you wait for six (6) to eighteen (18) months if it had been your daughter left in a Bali jail? I think not! Do not wash your hands of this like Pontius Pilate did for Jesus. You have the power to change the course. Speak to the President -- Mr. Yudhoyono. Ask yourself, Mr. Prime Minister, was the justice served upon the Bali bombers just? Two-hundred-and-eight (208) people died, and they -- the culprits -- only received two-and-one-half (2.5) years. Here is a young woman --foreign to drugs -- convicted and jailed for twenty (20) years. I can assure you, Mr. Howard, this matter will explode into an international problem if Schapelle Corby is not retried and released to freedom. Mind you, her Court decision is very different than my own Case, where a great injustice has been committed, of which I have asked for your help; and more so of another Case regarding my sister-in-law -- where the D.P.P. threw the Case out without a hearing of evidence. These matters were brought to your attention and Most Honourable Mr. Ruddoch, with no result. There is always a precedent where those in Government can intervene into the Justice System when it has been abused. Lastly, Your Honour, as I, too, have much influence over many people around the world, I have called on all people of good-will to boycott Bali and Indonesia -- also all industries, until the verdict of Schapelle Corby's Case has been reversed. How will it be, Your Honour, when the Judges -- this time -- give the death sentence for the nine (9) Australians who did smuggle in drugs (which were strapped to them)? How will the Australian people react -- especially when the Bali Bombers only received two-and-a-half (2.5) years in Prison? I ask that you use your power to help Corby! The current reaction of the Australian people will no doubt have a great effect on the next election -- I am sure you know this. Please help me, and my sister-in-law, too! I wish God's Blessings upon you. [ signed ]
