Pebble) and the Order of St. Charbel and its Branches, on this day of
confirmation of the Order of Saint Charbel and its Branches the priests have
to celebrate a Holy Mass and will also remember the Bishop in the Mass-Canon.

Firstly we would like to thank you for your
request to acknowledge your Order as a religious institute.
We also thank you for the trust you place in us.
We mentioned the matter to the Congregations'
Advisory Council and the Council having agreed to peruse your request we
carefully looked at your regulations and articles. We found them not only in
full compliance with the CIC but also well researched and of good service to
the Order of St. Charbel and its Branches.
Thus by virtue of our Bishop's Authority we
acknowledge and confirm the Order of St. Charbel and its Branches and hearby
endorse its Regulations and Articles which enter into force as from now.
May these Holy Regulations and your own Articles
provide guidance through these infernal times when striving for perfection and
holiness, and may they also be a pillar of strength on your way along the
eternal, unchanged Catholic path of truth set by the Holy Roman-Catholic
Apostolic Church and her traditions. May you contribute in your specific way
to the greater glory of the Holy Church of Jesus Christ for all the world to
see.
Bear witness by your sacrifices, your prayers,
your atonement and the humble obedience of your vows.
