The Charges Against the Little Pebble and Mr. James Duffy
were initiated on August 8, 2002. Six months later, we begin to see light at the end of the tunnel. It is a long road to travel but we are assured of the victory of truth. As time progresses more and more people will see that God will vindicate His children. Yes, there is suffering and pain, but the reward will be great ...

This page is dedicated to presenting the details -- that can be presented -- as we travel along this road. The purpose is to edify the many souls of good-will who are concerned about the allegations which were levelled against the Little Pebble and Mr. James Duffy. The Barrister's are still not allowing the Little Pebble to speak or write about these events to protect the integrity of his case. Therefore, nothing will be presented -- dealing with the Little Pebble Court case -- on this Website . After the case is settled, the Little Pebble will have plenty to say.

A VERY GREAT VICTORY FOR THE MOTHER OF GOD !!

February 5, 2003: Mr. James Duffy was freed from the terrible burden of serious false accusation today in the Nowra Local Court. Magistrate Judge Doug Dick dismissed the charges at the hearing which was to decide whether the case was to go to Trial. Mr. Duffy's Barrister (Mr. Roger Spain) was outstanding in his defence of Mr. Duffy's innocence. The cross-examination uncovered the truth which a journalist (see scanned copy of the newspaper article) characterised in this way: "Mr. Dick said the woman's evidence suffered from inconsistencies and the law required the court to be mindful of the fact that the defendant [Mr. Duffy] was disadvantaged by the passage of time." At this time we can only provide the following journalistic accounts of the hearing and decision:
