THE LATEST
CORRESPONDENCE (updated

EXPLANATION OF
CANONICAL RIGHTS AND JUSTICE ISSUES

THE ORDER OF
SAINT CHARBEL
 | April 23, 2002 - The Little Pebble and
Bishop Bartholomaus Schneider, T.O.R., have for some time been working on a mutual
federation document which would affiliate his Franciscan Congregation
with the Order of Saint Charbel. The following working document has been
agreed upon and signed by Bishop Schneider. This is a significant
development for our two Religious Institutes. |
 | April 7, 2002 - A
Bishop of an Orthodox Church (France) has discerned the authenticity of the
Order of Saint Charbel and formally issues a certificate
of affiliation. This is very remarkable ... |
 | December 14, 2001 - Statement
from Fr. Malcolm Broussard in support of the Precious Blood Community. |
 | October 26, 2001 - Our
Community of the Precious Blood located in Meredith, Victoria has become
subject to a major persecution by the local Parish priest. The situation has
centred around the complete dismantling of the Local Parish Church. Please
see the following documented correspondence on the Local
Parish Issues Page. Also see the Precious
Blood Community Home Page. |

- Letter of
Bishop Gungon, D.D. officially revoking approval for the Order of Saint Charbel
(html) to be established in his Diocese of Antipolo (Philippines). (See
previous letter of approval 10 May 2001 below). This is a disappointment
because it demonstrates again the fundamental failure to accord Mr. Kamm
his most fundamental right as a Catholic -- the right to Natural Justice --
the fairness of not rendering personal judgments before the final decision
of the Ecclesiastical Investigation is completed. How can Mr. Kamm ever
attain due advocacy and good witness to the fruits of his Mission -- when
there is so much prejudice which closes every door before it can open. See Scanned

 | May 4, 1999 - Official
Approval of the Order of Saint Charbel by Abbot-Bishop Bartholomaus
Schneider, T.O.R. of Germany (html). This formal approval was a major
development. The Order of Saint Charbel sees Abbot-Bishop Schneider as its
chief Supporter. The original document is in the German language. See Scanned
Original (1.5Mb pdf). |
 | April / May 2001: A Pastoral Visit to the Philippines by the
representatives of the Order -- Mr. Glenn Talaue and Mrs. Cecilia Bos |
 | May 10, 2001
- Letter
of approval for the Order of Saint Charbel to be established in the
Diocese of Antipolo (Philippines) 10 May 2001. The occasion of a recent

 | A
Case Study in False Accusation -- Trial by Media. This is a public news
article posted by Zenit.org on 19 October
2002. It concerns the case of Archbishop Pell (Archdiocese of Sydney) and
the accusations brought against him. This is a must read and is very
enlightening. I make a comparison with the current situation of the Little
Pebble. |
 | An article in THE
DAILY TELEGRAPH on November 6, 2002 highlights the need for ethics in
journalism. Based on the annual report 2001-2 of the Australian Broadcasting
Authority -- there were breaches of the broadcasting codes by "A
