May I ask you to sign one copy and return it to me? I have received a copy of the Bishop's Decree that was mentioned at the interview and a copy of your response. Could you please send me a copy of your letter taking recourse to Rome against the Bishop. As mentioned, I will be on holidays until November 25th, so I will be in contact after that time. With regard to the appointment of a Procurator to act on your behalf, I note that it is usually the same person who acts as Procurator/Advocate. Since you are not presently on trial and the interview has already taken place it is not within my competence to answer your question.
