10 April 2007 - Letter to the Children of God by Bishop Malcolm L. Broussard. This letter is a call to all who have lost faith and hope in these days of trial -- to come back to the truth of your own conscience. Come back to unity with and under the Little Pebble -- Prophet of the Three-fold Covenant. Be enkindled again in faith and love for Mary, the Mother of God in this Mission. This letter is meant to be an inspiration to hope and trust in God's Promises.
IN GENERAL A few major documents come to the foreground at the beginning. In Message 512 there is an attempt to provide the theological precision needed to understand the Catholic concepts of discernment and prophecy; and as well to do justice to the private revelations of the Mother of God which provide a glimpse into the Mysteries surrounding the Second Coming of Jesus. The role of the Little Pebble comes into the perspective because of God's initiative which has called him and named him as the Prophet of a three-fold Covenant. This Covenant is remarkable to say the least and is addressed to the Little Pebble, and as a consequence, to the People of God as a whole. The Sacred Magisterium is competent to test and judge these matters for their truth and to proscribe errors. The teaching coming from the Mother of God falls into the context of enlightening and guiding the Church on matters expedient for the salvation of souls in these difficult times (Summa Theologica, Part II-II Q.174 article 6). Such is the true and providential role of prophecy within the Teaching of the Deposit of Faith. Pope Paul VI called Our Lady the "Star of Evangelisation" (Evangelii Nuntiandi, 82), while Pope John Paul II called Her a "Living Catechism" (Catechesi Tradendae, 73) and a "Spokeswoman of Her Son's Will" (Redemptoris Mater, 21). Admittedly, this has always been problematic for the Church in Her long history. A good example is Saint Bridget of Sweden and Saint Catherine of Siena, who were directed by God to give enlightenment and guidance to no less than the Pope himself during the time of the Avignon Papacy. On a smaller scale, there is the role of Saint Joan of Arc who was providentially raised up by God and whose short life greatly influenced the Church and the people of England and France -- thus the direction of Europe for centuries after. One of the missions of the Little Pebble is to uphold the Papacy of the Catholic Church and to unite Christianity in a re-evangelisation of the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Faith. This mandate comes from God and is directed to the Church and to a world which has institutionalised atheism as the religion of the state. The world is rapidly heading for a one world government and a one world religion. Thus, God is taking the initiative to affirm a new Covenant with His People. It is hoped that the viewer of this page will get a deeper insight into the sign of these times -- a time of great expectation and hope because of the prophecy of Our Lady at Fatima, Portugal in 1917. We are at the time preceding a Second Springtime for the Church and world -- the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. This New Era of peace is preceded by a kind of "second advent" of expectation, prayer and suffering already announced by Our Lady of Fatima in this century. 512 (March 19, 1996) M 512: This document is written by Fr. Malcolm L. Broussard, Jr. It is not strictly speaking a Message, rather a compilation of many sources, including the Messages given to the Little Pebble and to a Seer from Canada known as 'Thornbush'. It is a major defence of the Little Pebble arguing from traditional Catholic principles of dogmatic and moral theology as understood by Saint Thomas Aquinas. It is meant to add theological precision to the arguments in defence of the Little Pebble as well as authentic Catholic Doctrine -- and thus to remove all speculation and doubts of law and fact which circulate within various circles around the globe. Anyone wishing to understand the concept of "precedent" within the Sacred Scriptures must reason within the radius of the Deposit of Faith and must thoroughly grasp the Catholic principles cited here. 314 (May 1, 1991) M 314: This document is the major presentation of the Little Pebble in defence of what God asked of him regarding the Mystical Marriage. It is a compilation of documents including a major statement from the Little Pebble himself and another defence from Fr. Malcolm L. Broussard, Jr. There is also a major defence of Mr. Franz Krinner from Germany.

510 (March 2, 1996) M 510: This is will be a very enlightening message for most people. The Little Pebble wrote a long letter to the Mother of God expressing his frustration and disappointment about so many things. His questions concern the relativity of authentic prophecy and the seeming contradiction to events as they have unfolded in his life personally and in relation to the Church and world. He rightly perceived that his questions were also in the hearts of many believers who were also trying to understand what God is doing with this generation. Thus he decided to make this public in order to edify souls. The answers of the Mother of God are extremely edifying and tender -- so full of love for Her Little Pebble. There is a profound insight into Her Maternal Love for all souls. There is also contained in this message -- the messages of other Seer's who have confirmed Our Lady's words to the Little Pebble. 509 (February 13, 1996) M 509: This wonderful message from the Mother of God highlights the special role of God's chosen souls throughout the world. The Seer "Thornbush" from Canada is likened to Saint Bernadette of Lourdes. The Saints in Heaven are very involved in Heaven's Plan for these times. The Second Coming of Jesus and the meaning of the new Heaven and new earth. The 12 new Apostles. The Little Pebble as "Little Peter" to govern the Church as the Vicar of Christ when this time arrives. God will send greater signs and chastisements, and disturbances of weather around the world. An important prophecy from the Mother of God is made regarding the alignment of the Planets of our Solar System. This is a very important message. The Era of Peace promised by Our Lady of Fatima. All will live the Passion of Jesus as His Mystical Body. Message
395 (July 3, 1993) M 395: This is a very important message from Our Lord. On this day and through this message, Our Lord conferred upon the Little Pebble the "Three-fold Covenant". Our Lord and Our Lady explain the significance of this solemn anointing. This message has a great theological significance because it concerns a new covenant that God has initiated in our time. This must be understood in the Catholic sense and its meaning within the radius of the Deposit of Faith as interpreted by the Sacred Magisterium of the Church. It underscores the whole scenario of the "sign of the times" pointed out through so very many public messages since 1983. This message cannot be taken out of its context of relation to the integral testimony of almost 600 messages to date.
