To all souls of good-will,

It's been 18 years since I met the Little Pebble and became a member of the Order of Saint Charbel. Under his leadership and guidance I am privileged to be a part of its growth and in its mission. I wish you all men of goodwill out there to see for yourself the fruits of the Order of St. Charbel. By the grace of God, we now have Bishops, Priests, Religious and communities in many countries.

I believe in his innocence and that in God's time he will be cleared of all these charges and the verdict overturned. In this his darkest hour his faith, hope and love of God and our blessed Mother the Virgin Mary shines ever more so brightly and we are here to carry the heavy cross with him. I have been attracted to the Order because of the third branch. I believe that in this day and age the Order of St. Charbel provides a family the opportunity to grow in holiness, virtue and is a profit to society as a whole. The family through the third branch of the order is being nourished by the Sacraments that the Priest provides, and supported by the brothers and sisters in the community who all share the same faith and desires. Where else can you find a place where a family of good faith is able to attend daily mass, say the holy rosary, have confession at anytime and many more devotions according to each individual desires . No one is forced or coerced to live in the community. This is a vocation by which everyone in his or her own free will desires to live, according to the vocation that the good Lord called them, like the Priests, Nuns and Brothers in a religious community.

I hope and pray that the Magisterium of the Holy Roman Catholic Church will approve the Order of St. Charbel soon. I also pray for all the persecutors of our founder; may the good Lord grant you the grace to see the light. Practice fraternal charity and compassion for the suffering of an innocent, loving and gentle man, the Little Pebble.

The evil one really is trying hard to destroy the name and person of our Founder, and the Order as a whole; but it will not succeed because this mission and ministry of the Little Pebble is given to him by God and by our Blessed Mother Mary.

I wish you all God's blessing +++

Fr. Jose Maria Dugan
