A LESSON FROM THE ‘LITTLE PEBBLE’ FOR THE FAITHFUL

ON RECEIVING THE BLESSED EUCHARIST FROM A DEACON

26TH JANUARY 2004

Question I asked Our Lady through ‘Rose of the Holy Innocents’, and myself concerning the Diaconate.

LITTLE PEBBLE: My sweet Mother of Holy Mother Church, we need counsel from Thy Heart!

Over the past thirty years You have expressed, through countless Seers, that souls are to receive Holy Communion only from the Consecrated hands of a Priest – not from a Deacon. Yet tradition shows that Deacons are permitted to give out Holy Communion. Now if this is true, revelation cannot contradict Holy Tradition, especially if this is has been practised by the Church for centuries.

As you know we are currently allowing Deacons to administer Holy Communion, but we are in a dilemma. It is in my heart not to allow Deacons to give out Holy Communion; however, I will not go against the Church’s Teaching. My only thought is that it has only been like this since Vatican II. Please, Mother, enlighten me – and Bishop Broussard. Thank You, Mother!

Your little Apostle, Peter.

Answer given by Our Lady to ‘Rose of the Holy Innocents’ in the Chapel on the same day, as follows:

ROSE OF THE HOLY INNOCENTS: Before evening Prayers and Mass I went to the Chapel to pray, and also to place the ‘Little Pebble’s question before Our Blessed Mother. While praying Our Lady appeared before me. She was so beautiful and Her smile was full of peace and love. Our Lady was dressed in white with a dark blue cape that trailed behind Her. Upon Her cape I saw a white Church emanating rays of gold Light. Our Lady was wearing a Crown of diamonds and holding a bouquet of white lilies in Her Hand. There were seven Angels following Our Lady, each holding a diamond cross; they knelt down at Our Lady’s Feet.

OUR LADY: I greet you My ‘Little Rose of the Holy Innocents’, most precious to the United and Undivided Hearts of My Immaculate Heart and the Most Sacred Heart of My Divine Son Jesus. My little one, I have come to answer the question you have offered My Heart on behalf of My Little Apostle, Peter, Angelic Pastor of My Immaculate Heart.

I greet you My beloved Apostles, ‘Little Peter’ and ‘Little John’, with all My Love. Rest your hearts My sweet Apostles! There has been a misunderstanding concerning the Church’s Tradition allowing Deacons to distribute Communion. What has been revealed through many of My Seers and Voice-boxes over the many years, does not contradict the Teachings of the Church. My children must receive Communion only from the Consecrated Hands of My Priest-sons. Do not let your hearts be troubled, for all that has already taken place has been offered and purified in My Immaculate Heart through the hands of the Angels, for all your intentions were pure of heart.

I weep for My Son’s Church here upon Earth, for Satan has penetrated the hearts of many of My Priests and weakened the faith through the changes made, especially through the Second Vatican Council. My children of the world do not realise the damage he has caused, for they are blinded by the modern practices that have been allowed to creep into the Church: allowing young girls and women to serve at the Altar, teaching My children to receive Communion in the hand, removing My Divine Son from the Altar, and allowing lay people and Nuns to give out Holy Communion. This list is endless and breaks the Heart of the Triune God, for My children do not realise how much this offends the Heart of their Eternal Father.

This is why My son, Pope John Paul II suffers so very much, for he carries the weight of the Church upon his shoulders. He weeps and his heart suffers much agony and torment. He carries all this with love for he holds onto the hope of God’s Promise and the Love of My Immaculate Heart. He knows he does not carry this Cross on his own, for you, My ‘Little Peter’, share in this heavy Cross; but you not only carry the weight of the Church here upon Earth, but also the whole of the Mystical Church. He waits patiently for the hour that you will take your place.

My sweet little Apostle there will be many changes you will have to implement to restore My Son’s Church leading up to your Papacy, and when you are Crowned Pope. I Bless you My beloved Apostles ‘Little Peter’ and ‘Little John’. This Blessing I also bestow upon My precious sons Father Duffy, Father John Marie, Father Colla, Father Stokes, Deacon Vito and all My Chosen sons who will walk this path leading to their Priesthood. I place a lily from the bouquet I am holding in each of their hearts, a gift of love to purify their hearts. In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen.

Answer given by Saint Menoloutis to the ‘Little Pebble’ (his Guardian Angel)
27th January 2004:

LITTLE PEBBLE: Saint Menoloutis greeted me with affection and advised me to remain at peace.

SAINT MENOLOUTIS: It is true that the Queen of Heaven has instructed souls not to receive from the hands of a Deacon, the Sacred Species of the Divine Saviour. However, it is also true that the Church’s Teachings stand firm, in as much as the Deacon has the faculties from the Church to administer the Sacrament, but only on special occasions, and where the need is there – especially at war or in emergency, at death, or in hospitals where there is a shortage of Priests. These are the exceptions of the Rule, and no Norm, Law, or Custom is violated.

However, the Modern Church of today has made this action, not the exception of the rule, but part of the every day life of the Church – similar to all the many changes that have come into the Church, which have destroyed the very strength of the Teachings of Holy Mother Church.

LITTLE PEBBLE: Saint Menoloutis further says that I, the Moderator, have allowed the true practice of the Diaconate -- administrative role for the new Priests and Deacon under the True Teachings of the Church, to apply in the circumstances that prevailed, not to scandalise the faithful, but to uphold the Traditions of the Faith in its proper order, but understanding well the directives of the Mother of God, whom also instructed him over the years concerning this matter.

Saint Menoloutis also said the reason the Mother of God spoke about the Deacons and the Consecrated hands administering the Holy Eucharist, was due to the fact that the Modern Church abused the Singular Privileges.

He further explained that private or public revelations can never contradict the Teachings of the Magisterium, or the Traditions laid down by the Fathers of the Church. It is for this reason Heaven will speak clearly if a Law, or a Teaching, or a Custom held by the Church for many centuries, is violated. As you can see over the last forty years, Heaven has had to speak strongly, to defend the true Teachings of Christ in His Church.

Saint Menoloutis said to take courage and continue to defend the true Teachings of Holy Mother Church. He Blessed the Sisters, Bishop Broussard, Bishop Schneider and the newly Ordained Priests, Deacon, sub-Deacons and Acolyte.

Saint Menoloutis is the right hand of Saint Michael.

Excerpts take from the Summa Theologica of  Saint Thomas Aquinas

Part III, Q.82, article 3:

Whether the dispensing of this Sacrament Belongs to a Priest Alone?

I answer that, the dispensing of Christ’s body belongs to the Priest for three reasons:

First: because he Consecrates as in the Person of Christ. But as Christ Consecrated His Body at the Supper, so also He gave It to others to be partaken of by them. Accordingly, as the Consecration of Christ’s Body belongs to the Priest, so likewise does the dispensing belong to him.

Secondly: because the Priest is the appointed intermediary between God and the people; hence as it belongs to him to offer the people’s gifts to God, so it belongs to him to deliver Consecrated gifts to the people.

Thirdly: because out of reverence towards this Sacrament, nothing touches it but what is Con-secrated; hence the corporal and the chalice are Consecrated, and likewise the Priest’s hands, for touching this Sacrament. Hence it is not lawful for anyone else to touch it except from necessity - for instance, if it were to fall upon the ground, or else in some other case of urgency. The Deacon, as being nigh to the Priestly Order, has a certain share in the latter’s duties so that he may dispense the Blood; but not the Body, except in the case of necessity, at the bidding of a Bishop of or a Priest.

First of all, because Christ’s Blood is contained in a vessel, hence there is no need for it to be touched by the dispenser, as Christ’s Body is touched.

Secondly, because the Blood denotes the redemption derived by the people from Christ; hence it is that water is mixed with the Blood, which water denotes the people and because Deacons are between Priest and people, the dispensing of the Blood is in the competency of Deacons, rather than the dispensing of the Body.

For the reasons given above, it belongs to the same person to dispense and to Consecrate this Sacrament.
