WHO IS PULLING THE STRINGS?

My Court Case Continues

How is it that when the "No Bill" went in some six weeks ago, the Case - which should have been dismissed - was not?

The "No Bill" went in with the written support of the D.P.P. (Department of Public Prosecution) – the Prosecutor - to the Head Office in Sydney. (The "No Bill" means there is no Case to continue prosecuting)

The D.P.P. joined with my Defence Counsel in supporting the closure of the Case. Yet on the 18th June, 2004, the Head of the D.P.P. in Sydney declined to accept the recommendations of their own Department. On the contrary they desire the Case to go to Trial.

What "Powers that be" are forcing my Case to continue on and on?

There are many injustices involved here, and this matter has been brought to the attention of the United Nations.

All is in God’s Hands, for He will triumph over all those who seek to destroy His work.
