OUR LADY: My child, My Little Pebble of Love, and My dear children: I, Mary the Immaculate - Mother of God, Mother of mankind - come to you today to give you Counsel and Directions from Heaven. I Bless you from the Eternal Father, Son and Holy Ghost: in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen. My sweet child and My dear children: I come to the world today as the "Rosa Mystica, Mother of the Church, Mother of Mercy and Queen of Peace", to ask Our children to pray and do penance so peace will come to the world. I come, My dear children, with the Saints and the Angels, to hear your petitions; to bring them to the Eternal Father of the Kingdom of Light. Many Graces and petitions will be granted to you today throughout the world, from My Immaculate Heart. I Bless you again: in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen.

My dear child and dear children: today is a great Feast Day of My Title of the "Rosa Mystica". Know what it stands for, dear children: Mother of the Church - for, indeed, I am that, so I come today to offer the world another peace-plan; the same plan for peace that I gave at Fatima with the Rosary and the Brown Scapular: prayer and penance. Today I come again with the same Message with the Rosary and the Scapular, to ask mankind to pray and do penance and make sacrifices, for time for the world is very short - much shorter than mankind believes. However, I come with a great plan from the Eternal Father, to bring peace on the earth. However, My dear children, this peace-plan which I gave many years ago at Fatima must be heeded for, if this last plan from the Eternal Father is not heeded, the Chastisement will fall upon mankind.

My dear child and dear children: when I came at Fatima - at Lourdes, at La Salette, at Garabandal, Bayside, Necedah, San Damiano, and so many other places throughout the world - I came, and I come, with the same Message as I bring here today on these Sacred Grounds at Nowra. The Message of peace can only be achieved through prayer - the Rosary. However, dear children, I come now from the Eternal Father to give you one more chance to listen to Heaven before the Chastisement falls - and this plan, My dear children, is beloved of My Immaculate Heart.

I send to you and the world Our beloved Seraphic, Angelic, Saint: Saint Charbel. He is my sweet Angel of Love whom I present to the world to bring peace. However, if My requests are not heeded, the world will be chastised. The plan I now have for Our children comes from the Sacred Heart of My Divine Son. You, My child, are to form what We call the "Saint Charbel House of Peace, Unity and Reconciliation". You are to form these "Houses of Prayer" throughout the world to bring peace to the world. These Prayer Houses of Saint Charbel are the houses of peace, and I promise you, My child and My dear children - for those who will join you in forming these Prayer Houses throughout the world: I, and My Divine Son, the Infant Jesus, Saint Charbel, Saint Joseph, your Patron Saints and Angels, will come to these homes where these Prayer Houses are, at 8.pm., on the first Saturday of each month. We will come to bring Graces for cures and conversions in these homes. We will bring peace to the world if mankind listens to us. This devotion, My dear child and dear children, is not new, because the devotion is the Rosary and the Scapular. However, We want to send Saint Charbel to the world to bring peace.

My dear child: you are to form the first Prayer House of Saint Charbel yourself, and all those throughout the world wishing to join you - to form these Houses of Prayer - will need to register with you. You will then give them a number, to register their house, and I - and My Divine Son, Jesus - will send a Patron Saint to the house, and three Angels: one from the Seraphim, one from the Virtues and one from the Archangels. These Angels and Saints will protect this home from all danger; will cast out the demons.

And I promise you, My child and dear children that, in these homes of prayer, many Graces shall be bestowed upon all Our children. You will place the petitions of your hearts to the Eternal Father and I promise you, dear children: many of Our children will feel Our Presence, and some may even witness Our Presence in these homes! Spread this Message - My dear child and My dear children, throughout the world - of the Saint Charbel House of Prayer, and Peace, and Unity and Reconciliation.

It is most urgent now, dear children, as time is very short for mankind. I promise you that, if all the world prays, the chastisement that is to come to this world soon will be mitigated by more than fifty percent. However, should mankind not heed our requests, then the chastisement shall come in its full force and take away three-quarters of mankind!

My dear child: I will now give you directions concerning these prayer meetings. In all these Houses of Prayer throughout the world, all Our children will need to write to you, My child - those who wish to form these meetings of prayer. First, you will place incense in and around the house, before 8 o'clock at night. Then, My child, you will sprinkle Holy Water and say the Full Exorcism of Saint Michael. At 8 o'clock, I and My Divine Son, [and] Saint Charbel, Saint Joseph, the Patron Saints and the Angels will come to this home. You will place the petitions before Me so I can take them to the Eternal Father. You will register all the petitions, dear child, and all those around the world are to register them in a book, for this shall be presented to Holy Mother Church because there will be many cures and conversions, and the great Grace of this all, My dear child, is that these Prayer Houses will be the extension of My Sacred Grounds here, so I can reach all of mankind to bring them back to My Divine Son.

You are then, My dear child, to say the fifteen-decade Rosary. You are to sing hymns; then you are to read the Scriptures for fifteen minutes for the Holy Souls in Purgatory; then for a few minutes you are to read some of the Messages, My dear child and dear children - the Messages that I and My Divine Son - and the Angels and the Saints - have given to mankind throughout the world - to prepare mankind for the Coming of My Divine Son, Jesus, in the clouds, with great power and glory and majesty - which will be soon.

After this, My dear child, you are to say the Stations of the Cross Rosary for the Holy Souls in Purgatory. My dear child, you are then to say the Litany of Loreto, the Litany of Saint Joseph, the Litany of the Guardian Angels and the Litany of Saint Charbel. Remember, these Houses of Prayer are in honour of Saint Charbel. Saint Charbel will pray for you all, daily, to grant you requests and cures throughout the world, and his name will be loved throughout the world as, indeed, the great Saint of Peace. However, as I have already warned you, dear children, many times: unless you pray, the Eternal Father has no alternative but to send the Chastisement upon the world. So pray and unite, dear children of the earth, under the banner of "Faithful and True" and know that My Immaculate Heart will always be with you. Prayer, My dear children, is the key to happiness; the key to the Kingdom of Paradise.

My dear child: the first Rosary that you will say will be for Our Holy Vicar, Pope John Paul II; for the Cardinals and the Bishops and Priests throughout the world. The second Rosary will be for the needs of Our children and petitions, and the third Rosary will be in thanksgiving. This then, My dear child and dear children, is the final peace-plan I offer to mankind with the Rosary and the Brown Scapular. Heed My Words of warning to the world for time is short. I Bless you, dear children of the earth, and I know that your hearts will be bubbling with joy at this Message of Love for mankind; for the redemption of mankind. I Bless you all: in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen.

I Bless, dear children, all your Sacramentals; all your pictures and statues upon you [which you have with you] and [those] upon the Sacred Grounds: in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen.

Know, dear child and dear children, that I am with you always. My Mantle covers you - you need not fear. If you trust in God and in My Immaculate Heart, you have nothing to fear for I will watch over you with My Heart. I Love you, dear children of the earth, so very much, and seek no-one to be condemned to the eternal flames, but only the salvation of all souls. I Bless you, dear child and My dear children: in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen.

My dear child: you are to Bless certain people, now, whom I will direct you to, and know that this Blessing comes from My Divine Son, Jesus, to help you on your road (certain people present are Blessed). Thank you, My dear child. These children will receive great Graces from My Divine Son. Continue, My dear children, with your prayers of atonement for they are sorely needed in this world of Ours. I Bless you now, My child and dear children: in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen.

My dear child, I read your heart. The prayer meeting, My dear child, that you are to form - you being the first one - will be only, in your case, for the workers and for the few that are permitted to join you. However, all the other prayer groups throughout the world - the Saint Charbel House of Prayer and Peace and Unity and Reconciliation - will be for all the world, for I seek over one hundred thousand prayer groups like this throughout the world. So you can see, My child, that it is a great task. However, this is the final offer of peace from the Eternal Father. God can do no more for mankind, for mankind continually rejects Him; continually rejects the Seers that We send throughout the world. They also reject their Holy Mother sent by God the Father as the Ambassador to mankind. So, My child and dear children, I send again this plan of peace. Let us pray and hope that mankind will accept the invitation of peace and love. Continue now, My child, with your prayers, and know that your Mother Loves you and that I watch over you and read your heart. I will guide you each step of the way.
