PAYMENT
Australian Purchases
All prices quoted net (no added GST). Postage extra.
Studio purchases: cash only, NO Credit Card facilities
Payment with order for postal deliveries. Cheques O.K.
Commissions: payment with order. Cash or cheque .
International Purchases
Bank draft.
All prices quoted in Australian Dollars.
Freight extra, insurance included in freight cost. Exchange
rates generally favour international purchasers, you will be surprised at the
price you pay. Please email me

SUPPLY TIME
I usually have work at various stages of completion, as this enables me to supply domestic pieces in 3 - 6 weeks. Advance orders for Christmas needs will assist in guaranteeing supply at that time. Larger pieces and special orders will be advised.
DELIVERY
Goods will be sent locally by registered Australia Post, overseas by
FedEx international freight forwarder, unless alternative arrangements are made. Charges will be added to the customers invoice.
PACKING
The goods are packed securely in an inner carton, which is then surrounded by packing in a larger outer carton. This has been an effective means of protection for goods in transit.
INSURANCE Insurance cover is included
in freight cost
