This
selection of images is the result of a period of experimenting
with larger platters and taller forms.
The
larger surface areas on these forms have provided an
opportunity to dip, pour and splash various glazes and oxides
spontaneously, yet with enough control to produce colours and
textures that reflect the landscape of the Shoalhaven.
The
glazes overlap in many areas changing colour and texture, some
becoming so fluid in the molten state, at 1280ºC, they
cascade into streams and pools.
