Skydive Nowra is located at the Naval Air Station approximately 5 minutes drive from Nowra's CBD. To gain entry to the hangar it is best for members, customers and their families to use the rear entrance gate provided off Wugan Rd. Heres a quick overview of how to get here. From Nowra, Wollongong and Sydney: Head south on Princes Hwy to Albatross Rd traffic lights where Archers Hotel. Turn onto Albatross Rd follow it down until Braidwood Rd. Turn into Braidwood Rd and follow it down until you see the Aviation Technology Park. Turn into this road (Wugan Rd) and find the Raytheon building on the left hand side of the road. To the left of the Raytheon building you will see a short track about 80m in length. Take this track to the rear gate entrance of Skydive Nowra.
From Jervis Bay and areas further south: Head north on Princes Hwy to BTU Rd. Turn onto BTU Rd follow it down until Albatross Rd. Turn right onto Albatross Rd and follow it down until Braidwood Rd. Turn into Braidwood Rd and follow it down until you see the Aviation Technology Park. Turn into this road (Wugan Rd) and find the Raytheon building on the left hand side of the road. To the left of the Raytheon building you will see a short track about 80m in length. Take this track to the rear gate entrance of Skydive Nowra.
From Canberra: Your best bet is to travel up through Goulburn on the Hume Hwy then onto the Illawarra Hwy and through Kangaroo Valley on Cambewarra Rd. Once you hit the round about on the northern side of Nowra (McDonalds) turn right onto Princes Hwy. Head south on Princes Hwy to Albatross Rd traffic lights where Archers Hotel. Turn onto Albatross Rd follow it down until Braidwood Rd. Turn into Braidwood Rd and follow it down until you see the Aviation Technology Park. Turn into this road (Wugan Rd) and find the Raytheon building on the left hand side of the road. To the left of the Raytheon building you will see a short track about 80m in length.
